Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) which has come to the fore, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic is arguably neglected within the scope of working life. For this reason, there is a need for research in organizational psychology to examine OCB in working life. The purpose of the present study was to examine the associations of OCD tendencies of employees with work addiction and job stress. Quantitative research was designed to achieve the research purpose.
