Academic Nurse Educators: A Correlational Study on COVID-19 and Well-Being.

Academic nurse educators (ANEs) are essential for ensuring that the next generation of nurses is adequately prepared professionally and in sufficient numbers to meet healthcare and workforce needs. Although the pandemic is considered over, there are continued implications on the efficacy of nursing education that is linked to the overlooked significance and well-being of ANEs. This study examined the relationship between the COVID-19 event and stress levels and overall well-being of ANEs.
