To identify trends in industry payments (IPs) to otolaryngologists from 2017 to 2023, particularly evaluating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Cross-sectional retrospective analysis. Non-research payments to otolaryngologists 2017 to 2023 were characterized by census region, nature of payment, submitting manufacturer, and temporal trends. 448,093 transactions worth $85. 6 million were found with a median payment per physician of $47. 81.
