Um there’s a number of issues around um uh um uh things like recovery residual kidney function. um one recovered renal function um quite um within a few days um and the other one has now been converted to CBHD. Um just before I start introducing uh the panel um can I just uh please um remind you to ask questions. um uh um uh and I will keep an eye on those and put them to the panel as we go through our structured uh discussion. um selecting the patients to avoid people who needed proning, avoiding people who are really catabolic with severe hypercalemia um or volume overload or people with um abdominal surgery. Um but uh um uh the questions I want us to deal with first of all really is what is the role of PD in this situation?
