To deeply explore the resilience of job burnout among staff in a closed management prison hospital in China during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, to identify the influencing factors of resilience and its dynamic relationship with job burnout. A paper questionnaire survey was conducted. From June to July 2020, 200 prison staff from a prison hospital in Chongqing, China, were selected by random sampling method for the survey, and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS statistical software.
