Analyses revealed that the rehabilitation group experienced significantly greater improvements in physical symptoms than the control group (mean difference 2. 9 points; 95% CI, 0. 2-5. 7; P=0. 038) at the 3-week point. A subset of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 commonly continue to experience fatigue, cognitive problems, or ongoing respiratory problems after the acute phase. Moreover, no study has evaluated a program tailored to the most common symptoms.
